We have separate schools but work to a common ethos and set of values. Our schools are friendly and welcoming places with a strong sense of community. We are not just united in the care of our students, we also want to ensure that our staff are fulfilled and happy too.
We believe in teamwork and recognise the importance of all our staff in making our schools function and thrive. This means that we recognise and celebrate both the academic staff as well as those who help with admissions, adminisitration and maintenance too.
For academic staff, there are many opportunities to participate in school trips and excursions – including the annual skiing trip – and to help run clubs and extra-curricular activities. Staff development is taken seriously and we are helped by being able to draw upon the extensive CPD opportunities provided by Dukes Education. Every two years there is an all-staff conference for the entire Dukes community.
