Registration Fee

We charge a one-off non-refundable registration fee of £180 (including VAT).

Acceptance Deposit

A deposit of £2,000 is payable on acceptance of a place at LPS Clapham and is held by the school until a student leaves and any liabilities have been settled.

Examination Fees

Public examinations such as GCSEs and A Levels are charged at the cost set by the relevant examination board and are not subject to VAT. Examination fees are added to the final term’s bill.

Payment in Advance

LPS Clapham offers a payment in advance scheme. Please speak with admissions for more details.

Notice

Parents must give one term’s written notice of their intention to withdraw a student. Notice must be addressed to and received by the Head, with a copy to Admissions, otherwise, one term’s fees will be charged. Please refer to the school’s parent terms and conditions for full details.

Scholarships

Each year we offer a number of Principal’s Awards which reward students for their positive attitudes to learning and for their proactive approach to school life and include Academic, Creative Arts, Sport and All-Rounder.

They are awarded following completion of our entry process and in consultation with a child’s current school. Awards may attract a remission in fees.

Our scholars are ambassadors and role models for the school, leading others in enrichment and extracurricular activities. They are expected to be fully committed to high standards of excellence in their scholarship area. Annual reviews ensure that progress is being maintained, with awards retained subject to the Head’s approval.

To find out more about the possibility of a Principal’s Award, please contact Admissions.
