FAQs

Learning enrichment

Through our personalised and supportive approach, students with additional needs attend school consistently, achieve academically, and fully engage in all aspects of school life. This includes students who are neurodivergent, have cognition and learning needs including dyslexia, have speech and language needs including autism and students emotional and mental health needs including ADHD and anxiety.

Mobile phones

We are proudly mobile phone free. Students hand their phones in at reception as they enter in the morning, and collect them again before they leave for the day. Trips and residentials are also phone free. This non-negotiable rule allows students to fully engage in their school life, distraction free.

Laptops

A school laptop must be purchased through our approved supplier to ensure safeguarding requirements and essential software are in place.

Uniform

We have a simple uniform to be worn by years 7 to 11. Sixth formers wear school appropriate home clothes. Our supplier is School Blazer, which can be ordered online.

The school day

School begins at 8.25am and ends at 4pm with two breaks. After school clubs run from 4pm to 5pm.
