From 23rd to 27th June, students from LPS Clapham and LPS Mayfair had an amazing week away learning to surf in the beautiful Laredo near Santander, Spain. Mornings were spent mastering the waves in daily surf lessons, while afternoons featured beach volleyball, yoga, and evenings of games and sports.
Each morning, the students (and staff!) woke up eager to get to the beach and in the water to master the (very challenging) art of standing up! In between surf lessons we enjoyed the gorgeous beach, played volleyball, explored Santander’s famous marine life museum, stretched ourselves out in yoga classes and even tried our hand at jewellery making! By the end of the week, we appeared to have a huge number of master surfers keen to book their next surfing adventure!
