As with all London Park Schools students, those at LPS Clapham move seamlessly on to LPS Sixth — our personal, flexible and future-focused Sixth Form in the heart of London.
Located just a short walk from Victoria Station, LPS Sixth brings together students from LPS Mayfair, LPS Clapham, LPS Hybrid, and from other schools across the UK and overseas. What unites them is a shared desire for a more personal and individual Sixth Form experience — one that combines structure, independence and the energy of London life.
This balance of the familiar and the fresh creates a community where every student can feel known, supported and inspired to take their next step with confidence.
A Fresh Start with Familiar Faces
From Year 10 onwards, students join taster lessons, careers days and enrichment events at LPS Sixth alongside peers from other LPS sites. These shared experiences ensure that by the time they start A Levels, the Sixth Form already feels like home — making the transition smooth, confident and exciting.
A Bespoke Approach to Admissions
Before joining, students meet with Mr Nathan Mountford, Director of Sixth Form, to discuss their strengths, goals and aspirations. This personalised process helps each student make the right choices for their future and prepares them to succeed in the next stage of their education.
We typically ask for a minimum of Grade 6 (or Grade 7 in maths or those wanting to take A Level Maths) in subjects a student wishes to study at A Level, to support the best academic outcomes.
Preparation for Life Beyond School
At LPS Sixth, students receive tailored guidance as they prepare for university, apprenticeships or other future pathways. We offer comprehensive support for UCAS, Oxbridge and international applications, and help students craft strong personal statements.
Through our partnership with Dukes Education, students also benefit from expert guidance via Oxbridge Applications, A-List, The Lawyer Portal, The Medic Portal and InvestIN. We help students find meaningful work experience and leadership opportunities, including mentoring and community involvement within LPS Clapham and LPS Mayfair.
